Terms of use

Using the tools
Doxly is free for personal and commercial work. No account is required and there is no limit on how many documents you process.
You are responsible for the files you handle. Do not use these tools on documents you have no right to modify.
No warranty
The tools are provided as they are, without warranty. PDF is a large and inconsistently implemented format, and some files will not process cleanly.
Keep your original until you have opened the output and checked it. Doxly never modifies or deletes your source document, but a result you have not inspected is not a result to rely on.
Signatures and redaction
Signing and redaction are convenience tools, not legal advice. Whether an electronic signature is valid, and whether a redaction meets a disclosure obligation, depends on your jurisdiction and the document. Verify the output yourself before relying on it.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Doxly is not liable for any loss arising from use of this site, including lost or corrupted documents or missed deadlines.
Third-party services
This site loads Google Analytics, Google AdSense, Google Fonts and open-source PDF libraries from a public CDN. Those services have their own terms and privacy policies.
Changes
These terms may be updated. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
