Your documents

Doxly does not receive your files. Every tool runs as JavaScript inside your browser, and the document you select is read into your device's memory and processed there. There is no upload endpoint, no server-side queue and no storage bucket.

You can verify this. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and run any tool. You will see requests for the page, the stylesheet and the PDF libraries, and no request carrying your document.

Because your file is never transmitted, we cannot read it, cannot retain it and have nothing to hand over if asked. Closing the tab discards everything.

Analytics

Doxly uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which tools people use. It records the page viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, and how you arrived. It does not record the names or contents of your files, because the site never has access to them.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or any content blocker. The tools work the same either way.

Advertising

Doxly shows ads from Google AdSense, which pays for the domain and keeps the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.

You can control this at Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party advertising cookies through aboutads.info. Visitors in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland are shown a consent prompt before any advertising cookie is set.

Cookies and local storage

Doxly stores one item locally: your chosen language, so the site opens in it next time. That value stays in your browser and is never sent to us. Clearing browser data removes it.

Additional cookies may be set by Google Analytics and Google AdSense as described above.

Children

Doxly is a general-purpose utility, is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Questions can go to the address on the contact page.
