Your documents

Doxly does not receive your files. Every tool runs as JavaScript inside your browser, and the document you select is read into your device's memory and processed there. There is no upload endpoint, no server-side queue and no storage bucket.

You can verify this. Open your browser's developer tools, switch to the Network tab and run any tool. You will see requests for the page, the stylesheet and the PDF libraries, and no request carrying your document.

Because your file is never transmitted, we cannot read it, cannot retain it and have nothing to hand over if asked. Closing the tab discards everything.

Analytics

Doxly uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and see which tools people use. It records the page viewed, approximate region, browser and device type, and how you arrived. It does not record the names or contents of your files, because the site never has access to them.

You can opt out with Google's browser add-on or any content blocker. The tools work the same either way.

Advertising

Doxly shows ads from Google AdSense, which pays for the domain and keeps the tools free. Google and its partners may use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other sites.

Consent is handled by Clickio Consent, a consent management platform certified by Google and registered under the IAB Transparency and Consent Framework. Advertising, analytics, personalisation and functionality storage all start denied, and stay denied until you make a choice. If you are in a region where consent is required, Clickio shows you a dialog before any of that storage is used.

Your choice is recorded by Clickio in your browser under the names __lxG__consent__v2, __lxG__consent__v2_daisybit and __lxG__consent__v2_gdaisybit, and is kept for up to 390 days. To change it, use the Cookie settings link in the footer, which appears whenever a consent dialog applies to you.

You can also control advertising at Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party advertising cookies through aboutads.info.

Cookies and local storage

Doxly itself stores one item: the language you pick from the switcher, so the site opens in it next time. It is written only when you actively change language, is kept by your browser, is never sent to us, and disappears when you clear browser data.

Everything else comes from third parties. Clickio stores your consent choice as described above. Google Analytics and Google AdSense may set their own cookies, but only once consent allows it. Doxly sets no advertising or tracking cookie of its own.

Children

Doxly is a general-purpose utility, is not directed at children under 13, and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
